Rhea Chakraborty is currently focused on building her career as a podcaster and entrepreneur. Recently, the actress was photographed by paparazzi during a casual evening walk with her brother, Showik Chakraborty, in Mumbai. A video of the actress reacting to the photographers as they clicked her on the road has circulated on social media.
In the video uploaded by a paparazzi page, Rhea can be seen swiftly walking by the road, followed by her brother. She wore a casual oversized tee with brown athleisure. Rhea could be heard saying, “Guys, evening walk kar rahe hain yaar. Chalo, goodbye. Good night.” She and her brother walked past the photographers soon after.
Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, Showik Chakraborty, founded the fashion company Chapter 2 in August of last year. For Rhea, the new brand implies a change toward personal development, business, and new beginnings. Speaking about the business, she told Firstpost, “He’s [Showik] like what is the thing that you feel most strongly about as a material object that can give someone a good feeling, and that’s why I thought about that T-shirt that I wore. I resonated with it, it spoke for me when I couldn’t speak for myself. Why not empower people through clothing?”
Rhea has also begun a podcast with the same name, Chapter 2. She began shooting the 19th season of MTV Roadies as a gang leader. Rhea is currently seen as a team captain on the latest season of Roadies as well. She last appeared in the film Chehre, which was released in 2021.
Rhea made his movie debut in 2012 with the Telugu film Tuneega Tuneega, co-starring Sumanth Ashwin, Mrinal Dutt, and Vasundhara Kashyap. The next year, Rhea made her Bollywood debut with Ashima Chibber Mere Dad Ki Maruti. She was seen opposite Saqib Saleem. In subsequent years, Rhea appeared in films such as Sonali Cable, Bank Chor, Half Girlfriend, Dobaara: See Your Evil, and Jalebi. She has also worked on various MTV India shows including Pepsi MTV Wassup, TicTac College Beat and MTV Gone.
