Recently, actress Yuvika Chaudhary shared her experience of working with filmmaker Farah Khan on the sets of Om Shanti Om.

Yuvika Chaudhary, who welcomed a baby girl in October, has been away from the limelight for some time. Recently, the actress opened up about working with Filmmaker Farah Khan in Om Shanti Om. Starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles, the romantic drama film featured Yuvika Chaudhary as Dolly Arora. During a conversation with Farah Khan, the Bigg Boss 9 contestant recalled how she fumbled in the iconic dialogue ‘Ek chutki sindoor ki kimat..’ of Om Shanti Om.
Yuvika Chaudhary played the role of a popular movie star Dolly Arora in the film, sharing screen space with Deepika’s character, Shantipriya. Recently, Farah visited Yuvika and Prince Narula’s house in Mumbai for the latest vlog of her food recipe series. Farah, Price and Yuvika discussed how the actress was fumbling in a specific scene.
“Have you seen Dastaan-E-Om Shanti Om?” Farah asked the audience. Yuvika then grinned and continued, “Kaun nahi shiver karega? Who wouldn’t get chills on that set? To which the director added, “She had to say one dialogue, ‘Ek chutki sindoor ki keemat, tum kya jaano Ramesh babu.’ Oh My God! I will have to take out the bloopers.”
Yuvika Chaudhary also stressed how Farah Khan was kinder to her, saying, “Sabko daant padi thi. Because I was her choice, mujhe ek baar kuch nahi kaha ma’am ne. Not even once! Itna pyaar se rakha hai mujhe. Maine sabko daant khaate dekha hai.”
Farah Khan jokingly said, “I knew she was getting nervous. Vo itni ghabra gayi thi. Ek chutki ka ek chupki, chuski, and whatnot, she said it in every combination I feel.” Later, Prince Narula also jumped into the conversation and expressed her love for Yuvika, saying, “I saw her in the film and thought this girl is so beautiful, never knew she would become my wife.”
Yuvika Chaudhary was grateful to Farah Khan for the role in Om Shanti Om. She recalled that it had been so many years and she never spoke about feeling shy in the acting industry. “I have always been very shy. I stepped into the Bollywood industry, only because of you. Because of her, I am here, otherwise mera koi vajood nahi hai. Thank you so much, I love you wholeheartedly,” she added.
