Actress and Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shefali Jariwala, best remembered for her iconic appearance in the Kaanta Laga music video, has passed away at the age of 42. The news of her sudden demise has left her fans and the entire entertainment industry in shock. Punjabi singer-actor Himanshi Khurana, who was also a part of Bigg Boss 13 with Shefali, has now reacted to her sudden demise. She mourned Shefali Jariwala’s death, and wrote hat she feels Bigg Boss is ‘cursed’.
On Saturday morning, Himanshi Khurana took to her Instagram story to express her heartbreak over Shefali Jariwala’s death. She shared a throwback selfie with her, and wrote, “Bigg Boss that place is cursed I think” along with heartbreak emoji. The throwback picture shows Himanshi and Shefali happily posing together for the selfie, showcasing their bond.
Meanwhile, Rashami Desai, who participated with Shefali Jariwala in Bigg Boss 13, took to her Instagram stories to pay an emotional tribute to the actress. She shared a picture of Shefali and wrote, “I am still trying to process the news, you were an incredible person and I am struggling to find the words to express…You will be deeply missed, gone too soon.”
Meanwhile, Bollywood singer Mika Singh expressed his grief on social media, writing, “I’m deeply shocked, saddened, and feeling a heavy heart… Our beloved star and my dearest friend @shefalijariwala has left us. Still can’t believe it. You will always be remembered for your grace, smile, and spirit. Om Shanti.”
Shefali Jariwala’s Death
Shefali Jariwala passed away late Friday night, between June 27 and 28. She was reportedly rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, and three others. However, doctors declared her brought dead. The exact cause of death is currently unknown. There has been no official statement yet from the family or her representatives.
While the exact cause of her death is yet to be confirmed, her family was seen arriving at the hospital visibly shattered. Her mother appeared almost unconscious with grief, and husband Parag Tyagi was spotted breaking down outside the hospital.
