A husband who killed a pregnant wife, followed by a hanging incident, took place at Kiltodi near Badagundi in Navoor village of Bantwal Taluk. The deceased are Thimmappa Rama Moolya (52) and his wife Jayanti (45). Police suspect that the quarrel has begun for a trivial reason, turned into a quarrel, and Jayanti was assaulted, strangled to strangle and then committed suicide by hanging himself.
