Former Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani’s DNA was matched after the deadly Air India crash in Ahmedabad, the state’s Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi confirmed on Sunday.
The confirmation was made in the DNA report that came at 11.10 am.
His last rites will be held in Rajkot.
The CMO officials were at the civil hospital in the city to coordinate the transportation of his mortal remains.
