No Entry 2, one of the most highly anticipated sequels, has been grabbing headlines for a long time. The film will star Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. It was reported that Diljit Dosanjh has exited the much-anticipated sequel due to creative differences with the film’s team. And now Boney Kapoor has reacted to the report and called it false. He has also issued an official statement.

Boney Kapoor said, “Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.” Earlier Filmfare claimed that Diljit Dosanjh will no longer be a part of the comedy-drama, and his decision has come after some creative differences. The portal quoted a source saying, “Diljit was very excited to collaborate with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But over the last few weeks, he couldn’t align with the film’s creative ideas. That’s why he’s decided to leave the project because of creative differences.”

Earlier, Peeping Moon has reported that Tamannaah has officially signed the project and is reportedly excited to explore the comedy genre. She will be seen in a role similar in essence to Bipasha Basu’s character from the original.

In February, Anees Bazmee shared a new series of photos from Greece as he began preparation for the madness. Taking to his Instagram handle, Anees Bazmee shared photos that feature Boney Kapoor. “Plotting new adventures in Greece with the producer Boney Kapoor ji and DOP Manu Anand ji! Prepping for the madness that’s #NoEntry2.’

In an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Boney Kapoor has revealed why he could not retain the original cast for No Entry 2, including his brother Anil Kapoor. The film producer was asked for an update on No Entry 2 when he revealed that the shooting will begin in June 2025. He also expressed confidence in the film and stated that it would be better than the original movie.

“It (shooting) will begin soon, probably sooner than expected. We’ve decided on the release date also, it would be October 26, 2025 – Diwali release. The shooting will probably start in June or July. Hopefully, we catch up with the target because again will have a lot of post-production,” he told us.
