The Met Gala 2025 witnessed an unforgettable celebration of Indian elegance, with Shah Rukh Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani, and Isha Ambani making a major impact on the blue carpet. But it’s a behind-the-scenes video that’s now winning hearts across the internet.
Celebrity stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania shared an inside look from a luxurious limousine just before the stars hit the carpet. The video captures Kiara Advani receiving her final makeup touches, exuding pregnancy glow as she prepares for her big debut moment. The camera then pans to Isha Ambani, who looks absolutely regal in her outfit, flashing a relaxed victory sign that fans can’t stop talking about. The business heiress wore a custom outfit by Anamika Khanna that mixed modern style with traditional Indian design. Styled by Anaita, the look included an embroidered corset, black trousers, and a long white cape. The outfit combined sharp tailoring with detailed craftsmanship. It took over 20,000 hours to make and featured handwoven fabric, fine embroidery, and small bow details, all celebrating Indian textile art.
Meanwhile, the glowing mom-to-be, Kiara Advani, made her baby bump debut in the most stunning way possible dressed in a custom creation by fashion designer Gaurav Gupta. Perfectly on point with the ‘Tailored for You’ theme, Kiara absolutely nailed her look. She’s now officially the fourth Bollywood actress to grace the iconic red carpet of Manhattan’s Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute.
Before leaving for the event, Isha and Kiara also posed together at the star hotel and photos quickly went viral. What makes it even more special is that the two are childhood friends. Old photos of them from their younger days had gone viral before. In fact, Kiara was also a guest at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities held on a cruise in Italy, where she was photographed hand-in-hand with good friend, Isha Ambani.
