The latest season of Roadies XX is getting harder with every passing day, making survival a real challenge for the contestants. Staying true to its format, the show is keeping viewers hooked to their screens with gruelling twists, high-octane drama, jaw-dropping fights and shocking evictions. Now, the latest episode witnessed a shocking turn of events after the OG host Rannvijay Singha introduced an intense twist in the vote-out round. To everyone’s surprise, actress and gang leader Neha Dhupia’s entire team was eliminated in a dramatic vote-out.
However, contestants were given a second chance to guess the contestants who voted for them to stay in the game. At the end, the episode saw a staggering eight contestants – Harsh Arora, Jeanbi Gangmei (Jimy), Zorawar Singh, Subhangi Jaiswal, Yaashvi Shah, Priya Sharma, Nisha Mishra and Ruchita Jamdar – bid farewell to the show.
The unexpected mass eviction left both viewers and gang leaders visibly emotional. On April 28, Neha Dhupia took to Instagram to share her feelings. Posting a series of heartfelt photos from the Roadies XX set, she captured her emotional moments with team members and fellow gang leaders Gautam Gulati, Prince Narula, and host Rannvijay Singha after her entire gang was wiped out. The post shows images of the actress looking visibly moved, being comforted by her fellow gang leaders.
In her caption, Neha wrote, “#roadies isn’t just a show … it’s an #emotion … Not me, but someone called me a lioness and them my cubs (that’s why the loss made it even harder) … Watch the last few images to know what I mean … As for the rest, the endless hugs made it all less hard.”
Her former team members flooded the comments section with messages of gratitude and admiration. Jeanbi Gangmei (Jimy) commented, “Thank you, Ma’am, for being amazing and the best Gang Leader.” Zorawar Singh echoed this sentiment, writing, “Best Gang Leader.” Simran Bahl asserted, “Your Cubs are always standing strong till we have you.”
Within hours of being shared, fans and followers also poured in their reactions, expressing their shock and support for Neha. Many lauded her as the ‘boss lady’ and shared their disappointment over the episode’s outcome.
“The strongest lady and the strongest gang,” read a comment. Another hailed, “Boss lady…my fav gang leader of roadies from the very beginning.” Several viewers admitted to shedding tears during the episode, with one writing, “Cried so hard in yesterday’s episode. Loved how Prince comforted you though.” “Last night seeing you crying made me cry. All I want you to win the show, boss lady you are amazing,” expressed an individual.
Neha Dhupia has been part of Roadies for quite long now. The actress began her journey as a gang leader in the thirteenth season of Roadies in 2016. Following this, she continued to be a gang leader on the reality show for 14, 15, 16 and 17 seasons. Neha made a smashing comeback to Roadies with its twentieth edition, Roadies Double Cross, after a brief hiatus.
