Netflix is finally pressing play on Ginny & Georgia Season 3! The makers have dropped the much-awaited teaser for the show, and it’s dripping with lies, drama, and a looming murder trial that might finally catch up to Georgia. The new teaser hints that this season is about to blow the lid off everything we’ve been holding in since that wild Season 2 finale.
Season 3, premiering June 5, 2025, picks up right where the drama left off in the second part. The teaser opens with Georgia (Brianne Howey) in jail, following her shocking arrest during her wedding with Paul (Scott Porter). She’s now at the center of a murder investigation for Cynthia’s husband’s death. The teaser opens on a moody note with Ginny (played by Antonia Gentry) asking, “What happens when everything falls apart?”
We see flashbacks and fresh drama, showing the emotional wreckage left in the wake of that jaw-dropping Season 2 finale.
Georgia, seen walking in handcuffs beside a police officer, turns up the tension with a chilling line, “Don’t you wanna ask me if I did it?” As Georgia’s legal storm takes over, Ginny is left juggling the chaos at school and home. “The rug can be pulled out from under you in a second,” she says in the teaser. We catch glimpses of her school life, where she’s trying to keep it together.
A quiet, intense moment with her little brother Austin (Diesel La Torraca) shows just how deeply their mom’s arrest is affecting the whole family. With Georgia behind bars, Ginny may have no choice but to grow up fast.
The teaser doesn’t just spotlight the mother-daughter duo—it brings back some familiar faces too. Zion (Nathan Mitchell) looks tense in a courtroom, clearly caught in the middle of the unfolding storm. Gil (Aaron Ashmore) shows up with anger written all over his face, while Paul and Georgia share a quiet, emotional embrace.
And yes, Ginny and Marcus (Felix Mallard) fans, there’s a little something for you too—the teaser gives us a glimpse of the two leaning in for a kiss, proving their story isn’t over just yet.
Georgia says, “I’m not a bad person. It’s all about perception.”
Since its debut, the twisty, heartfelt series has built a loyal fanbase and was renewed for more seasons back in 2023. But thanks to the dual strikes by the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA, production hit the brakes for a while. The first episode is officially slated to drop in June 2025.
Sarah Lampert, the creator of the show Ginny & Georgia, recently took to Instagram to say, “The last month we’ve been wrapping out season 3 post production overlapping with starting the season 4 writers room working both east and west coast time zones. But I’ve been trying to prioritize having a work / life balance and here it is with some of my favorite people who give fake architectural tours and pub crawls and line dances and wear cowboy hats and jump suits and make me leave my apartment cave so they can cook for me and sing to me”.
According to a recent press release, the main cast reprising their roles includes Brianne Howey as Georgia Miller, Antonia Gentry as Ginny Miller, Diesel La Torraca as Austin Miller, Felix Mallard as Marcus Baker, Scott Porter as Mayor Paul Randolph, Jennifer Robertson as Ellen Baker, Raymond Ablack as Joe and Sara Waisglass as Maxine Baker.
