Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra are one of the most popular couples of tinseltown. Their love story began on the sets of Bigg Boss 15, and since then they have become a living, breathing example of unshakable companionship. Time and again, the couple has proved to be each other’s biggest cheerleaders on and off the camera. And the proof? Karan’s presence at Celebrity MasterChef’s finale week.
In a new promo video shared by Sony Entertainment Television on its official Instagram page, the makers gave fans a peek into Celebrity MasterChef’s finale week. The clip begins with Sanjeev Kapoor entering the set. The renowned chef recalled Tejasswi’s proud moment when her dish was selected to be a part of Chef Vikas Khanna’s anniversary menu at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Bungalow, in New York.
In a heartwarming gesture, Sanjeev Kapoor handed his personal card to Tejasswi, asking her to reach out to him anytime she felt stuck in life. As the camera panned towards the audience, Karan Kundrra could be seen cheering and clapping for her while beaming with pride. Further, the chef went on to praise the achievements of the other celebrity contestants, who fought their way to the finale week.
Celebrity MasterChef’s grand finale kicked off with the top 5 finalists: Nikki Tamboli, Tejasswi Prakash, Gaurav Khanna, Faisal Shaikh and Rajiv Adatia. The show, which began in January, instantly became a fan favourite thanks to its unique theme and celebrity contestants’ cooking skills. Chefs Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna judged the reality series while Farah Khan joined the show as its first-ever host.
Speaking of Tejasswi and Karan, the couple are rumoured to be getting married this year. However, neither of them have made any announcement regarding it. Recently, while speaking with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa on their podcast, Karan praised Tejasswi and her parents and called them “sweetest”.
The actor said, “I sat with her parents for 30 minutes, after which her mom said, ‘You can take my daughter with you now.’ They are very sweet and simple people, even Tejasswi is very normal and down to earth. She is often very bossy, but her best quality is that she doesn’t get suppressed. You cannot dominate her. If I cannot explain to her the logic behind something, it won’t work. She is very street smart that way.”
Karan Kundrra will be seen in The Traitors. The highly anticipated series is the Indian adaptation of an American show of the same name and will see a group of celebrities, competing against each other in the game of survival.
Tejasswi Prakash, on the other hand, was last seen in Ektaa Kapoor’s Naagin 6.
