Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, the beloved television series backed by Ektaa Kapoor, is gearing up for a brand-new chapter titled Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season. Starring Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda in lead roles, the upcoming season has already sparked excitement among fans, even though the official premiere date is yet to be announced.
Recently, a few behind-the-scenes glimpses from the sets have surfaced on social media, creating a buzz online. Videos shared on X show actress Shivangi Joshi filming a night sequence, dressed in a bright yellow outfit. Although Harshad Chopda doesn’t appear in the clips, fans are thrilled to get a sneak peek into the making of the show’s next season.
Produced by Ektaa Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, the show has been generating a lot of buzzes online even before its premiere. The creators have teased fans with back-to-back teasers and behind-the-scenes looks, leaving them hungry for more.
The upcoming season features Shivangi as Bhagyashree and marks her third collaboration with the producer after their hit shows like Bekaboo and Barsatein: Mausam Pyaar Ka, while Harshad will be seen playing the role of Rishab. The show marks the actor’s comeback to the small screen after a two-year hiatus following his exit from the popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Apart from them, the show also features actors like child artist Kiara Sadh, Mansi Srivastava, Divyangana Jain, Yash Pandit, Rohit Choudhary, Arushi Handa, Manoj Kolhatkar, Pyumori Mehta and Avirath Parekh. Earlier, actor Pankaj Bhatia was also expected to join the show, but recent reports suggest he has now backed out of Ektaa Kapoor’s serial.
Interestingly, the show was originally set to be named Baaharein or Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Phir Se. The creators have finally decided on Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season.
Bade Achhe Lagte Hain holds a special place in the viewers’ hearts. The first season, which premiered in 2011, was a big hit and starred Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar in the lead roles, followed by Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in seasons 2 and 3, which streamed in 2021 and 2023.
