Rashmika Mandanna and Shraddha Kapoor brought completely different energies to the Maddock Films party in Mumbai on Sunday night, and both ended up making strong style statements in their own right.
Rashmika opted for full-blown red carpet glam. She slipped into a deep burgundy velvet dress that hugged her figure to perfection. The strapless number featured a plunging sweetheart neckline with subtle ruching at the bust which added drama to the otherwise classic silhouette. The luxurious fabric and rich colour gave the look a wintery, luxe vibe, perfect for a power-packed industry party. She accessorised with a pair of bold silver danglers and kept the rest of her look simple. Her soft waves, glossy nude lips, and strappy black flats completed the glamorous ensemble.
On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor chose to keep it easy-breezy and relatable. She arrived in a crisp white crew-neck tee, loosely tucked into a pair of wide-legged dark blue jeans. Her no-fuss look was topped off with white sneakers—giving major off-duty model vibes. She styled her hair in soft curls and went with a nude makeup palette, giving her that effortlessly chic aesthetic that has become her signature in recent years.
Both actresses had more than just fashion to celebrate. Shraddha’s Stree 2, produced by Maddock Films, was a monster success at the box office, raking in Rs 627.50 crore in 2024. Rashmika too had reason to smile as her historical action drama Chhaava, again produced by Maddock Films, with Vicky Kaushal, became 2025’s highest-grossing Hindi film so far, collecting over Rs 598.50 crore.
Rashmika was last seen in Sikandar with Salman Khan and has a packed slate with Kuberaa, Thama and The Girlfriend lined up. Shraddha, meanwhile, is reportedly in talks for a high-concept thriller with Tumbbad director Rahi Anil Barve, which could mark her next big move post-Stree 2.
