Karishma Tanna and her husband Varun Bangera are proving that couples who workout together, stay together. The two have been setting major couple goals with their fitness routine and their latest gym session was no exception. After an intense workout, the duo was spotted leaving the gym and the moment was caught on camera.
The video starts with Karishma flashing a big smile as she notices the paparazzi. A few moments later, Varun joins her and the couple happily poses for the cameras. Their sweet bond makes the video even more adorable.
Karishma kept her athletic look simple yet stylish as she opted for brown sleek leggings paired with a classic black tee. She completed her outfit with comfortable slides and tied her hair into a neat mid-part ponytail. Varun kept it casual in a white T-shirt and grey shorts that perfectly complemented his wife’s sporty look.
After a quick photo session, the couple waved at the photographers before heading towards their car.

Karishma has often spoken about how much Varun means to her. She has credited her husband for being a constant support in her life. In an earlier interview with India Today, Karishma shared how marriage has brought her stability. “My husband has been one of my biggest support systems. My marriage has really centred me as a person. There was a time in my life when I was all over the place, I was also upset that the right kind of opportunities didn’t come my way,” she said.
She also opened up how her husband played a key role in helping her overcome the challenges she faced both in her personal and professional life. “Some people also got very upset with me and stopped talking to me because they couldn’t handle my honest and fun nature. I kept wondering whether I was doing something wrong because I’m someone who says things as they are. I joke around but I never carry malice in my heart. All of this started affecting me, but my husband helped me ground myself and shift my focus and attention to things that matter. I have truly evolved as a person because of my husband. He’s been an amazing partner,” she shared.
Karishma was last seen in the Netflix series Scoop. She played the role of Jagruti Pathak, a determined journalist fighting for justice. Her performance was widely appreciated and earned her the Best Actress in a Drama Series award at the 2023 Filmfare OTT Awards.
