Aamir Khan has found love again.
Aamir Khan confirmed his relationship with Gauri Spratt ahead of his 60th birthday. He introduced Gauri to the media at an informal pre-birthday celebration and revealed that his family also liked his new girlfriend and he had recently made her meet Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. Gauri also spoke about meeting Aamir’s family and said that they welcomed her with open arms.
As per the Deccan Herald, Gauri said she felt “very welcomed” by Aamir’s family. She mentioned that they met her with “open arms” and were very warm towards her. Aamir Khan revealed that he has known Gauri for 25 years, and the two recently reconnected. As per reports, Aamir and Gauri have been dating each other for 18 months now.
During Aamir’s pre-birthday celebration, he requested the paparazzi to respect her privacy and not click any photos. Aamir shared, “She is still getting used to the Bollywood madness.” Aamir shared that Gauri is unfazed by his superstardom as she has not watched much of his work. However, she has seen Lagaan and Dangal.
Aamir also spoke humorously about the idea of marriage at 60, saying, “I don’t know at the age of 60, mujhe shaadi shobha deti hai ki nahi.” He also shared that his children are happy with the relationship, adding, “I am very fortunate to have such great relationships with my ex-wives.”
Gauri Spratt hails from Bengaluru and is currently working at Aamir Khan Films. She has a professional background in hairdressing and holds an FDA in Fashion, Styling, and Photography from the University of Arts, London. Gauri has a Tamilian mother and an Irish father, and her grandfather was a freedom fighter. She is also a mother to a six-year-old son.
Aamir Khan was first married to Reena Dutta in 1986, with whom he has two children, Ira Khan and Junaid Khan. The couple divorced in 2002. In 2005, Aamir married filmmaker Kiran Rao, and the two announced their separation in 2021. They share a son, Azad, who was born via surrogacy. Aamir continues to share a cordial relationship with both his ex-wives.
